Me too, there is a bug on the code.

i was working with trados 2021, and now i re installed it to Trados 2022 and it's not working on it

Then you found the answer to your problem. The activation code for 2021 only works in Studio 2021, you cannot activate it in Studio 2022.
After a RWS engineer resets your license and becomes available try to activate it in Studio 2021.
