Trados Studio 2022 SR2 Freelance L1 - (Student Edition) Can't connect to a second device even after disconnecting from the first one.

Hello, I just recently purchased a Freelance licence for Trados Studio 2022. My issue is that I have two devices, my computer when I work at home and my laptop when I'm see my family. With my older licence, I used to deactivate my licence on my main computer then reactivate it on my laptop so that I could work when I'm not at home. Now I try to deactivate my subscription as well as disconnect from my computer but it seems like that you cannot connect to another device even if the other one is disconnected, is there a way that I can connect to my second device. Is there a way to connect to my second device?

I'm currently seeing my family and I thought that I could work while away from home but I cannot anymore.
My only way to work right now was to ask my parents to open my computer and control it remotely via TeamViewer to use my main computer from my laptop.
