Hi, I'm having exactly the same issue...I get an error message about a document, but instead of not opening the document, it closes studio as well.
In addition, I have tried to disinstall it offline but it has not worked either...

I suggest you create a new thread as creating a case is automated based on details from the person who created the original post.
When you do this please also provide better details:
- what version of Trados Studio?
- what the error message is. You really have no idea if it's the same as the one from Laetitia?
- explain what this means?

Sounds like you have a licensing issue and not an install one?
