I got the Trados Studio 2022 Starter, 17.0.6.14902, subscription last year on December 12, 2022. I thought the subscription for 2023 would be automatically renewed. I tried to use it today and got an Information Message that says: The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.
How do I reactivate my subscription? Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
