Hello there,
I bought a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance in October 2020, but I can not activate it.
Since the license says, permanent. In the"Expire date: No expire date" is written.
Can anybody out there give me any advise on this? Even though I bought it in 2020, but I think I "active" it still this year?
Any advise is welcome, thank you.

I bought this license back in 2020, but either for work, etc. I have left it unattended and now that I had some time to get familiar with the the application, the activation has expired. I tried the "Reset activation code", but the internet caused the below error below:
