I am reaching out as I need help from RWS to re-install and re-activate one of my Trados Studio 2022 Professional licenses.

The colleague who last activated it (17.12.2023) decided to un-install it from her computer before deactivating and return it to the account.

I have already tried the offline de-activation, but I get and error message and/or to reset the license, but I also receive an error message. Please check the images enclosed

I only did not try any Direct Support contact with the RWS team as I couldn’t find the way to reach them out on your website.

Help needed and much appreciated as I am not able to use the license and this end of the year is not easy to manage without one license.
