Unfortunately no, as mentioned in the article I sent this is not possible for licenses older than 2014 version.

I'm back, becuse I really desperately need to activate my product.

I understand there is no support anymore for old versions, but I have a product with a license I bought that I could still use, but despite the fact I have a license code I cannot activate it.

Sorry but it's a little bit unfair because I don't ask for any complicated assistance -only to have my activation code work with the installed application.

Hope you can anyway give me a help.

If this was technically possible then we would try to help you even though it’s out of support. But I’m afraid it isn’t even technically possible.  The technology used to support licensing for this version of Studio is so old we don’t have the ability to administer support for it at all.

I’m afraid your only option, if you wish to continue working with Trados is to purchase a new licence and work with the Trados Studio 2022 version.
