earlier this year I got notified that the starter edition will no longer be available, so I purchased this morning the Freelance subscription.

However in the popup dialog I still had the notification that I have x days left in my starter license and on the Subscription tab no available subscription.

In my RWS account the subscription corresponding to the purchase number of today is enlisted as being activated on 28-02-2023 (so 12 months ago, before I even purchased it?!?) and is valid until 27-02-2023 (so 1 day before being activated, are you kidding me).

I already tried to deactivate my starter license, re-installed trados... But still no active subscription displayed and as I deactivated the starter license, I can't even use Trados as I wanted to by purchasing the subscription before my active license expired.

And in the end I paid for something that I can't even use.
