My computer has crashed and I no longer have access to the trial version of Trados on my desktop. I've tried reinstalling it on my new computer, but it doesn't work

My computer has crashed and I no longer have access to the trial version of Trados on my desktop. I've tried reinstalling it with my Trados account, but I can't seem to. I've also tried resetting the license, but that doesn't seem to work either.
