An error occurs when trying to reset my license

Hi. I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus which allows licensing on two computers. I have just replaced the storage of one of those computers without deactivating the Studio in it. I tried resetting my license only to receive “an error occurred…” message. Besides, I don’t remember which “fulfillment” was associated with the affected computer. So could you deactivate both of my fulfillments so that I can re-activate the Studio on both of my computers? Thanks.
