The license reset option doesn't work

Question

Hi, 
 My PC crashed and Windows and related apps had to be reinstalled. 
 I dowloaded SDL Studio 2021 from my page but when I tried to activate the license, I got a message saying that the activation code is no longer associated to a license. 
 I tried resetting it but I get the error message shown in the screenshot. 
 Can you please help?
