Reset not working

ISSUE 1: I am not able to reset my 2017 license. I need to do this to be able to deactivate it on PC and trasfer it to my laptop. Instead I get an error message: 'An error has occured'. Please can this be fixed

ISSUE 2: I have 2 older licenses: 2011 nad 2015 - supposed to be without expirey date? None of them works. I tried to reset the 2011 - des not work. The 2015 is not listed in my account anymore. Yet I can still download both versions of software. Please can you make them back up and running, tank you

    Also, please note that you upgraded your license to Trados 2017, which is different from purchasing a new separate license. With an upgrade you cannot keep your old versions long term. Maybe Trados 2015 worked along with Trados 2017 while being installed on the same PC, but we cannot guarantee its functioning long term. Once you processed your upgrade, you become the owner of the 2017 license only.
