I have Studio 2015 Freelance plus with one installation in my main PC and another one in a backup laptop. I need to replace my PC because it is very old, but I cannot deactivate the license, either online or with the offline procedure. I get error messages for both. I also tried to deactivate the additional installation, but I get the same error messages (online - error communicating with the server, offline - just a generic message that says something went wrong and I cannot complete deactivation). I would like to know if there is another procedure to deactivate one of my installations, and then of course reactivate it in another PC. Your help would be much appreciated.
