Reset licence

Hi,

I need to reset my licence, but when I tried to do so I got a message telling me that I had exceeded the limit of resetting. Unfortunately, I had two issues with my computers (the old and the new one) in a very short period of time.

I have Trados in the new computer but it only allows me to use in a trial mode.

Can you help me with this?
