I cannot reset my license

Dear team,

I wanted to install one of my Freelance Plus licenses on my new laptop. For this purpose, I tried to reset the license running on my old laptop and installed a trial version on my new laptop. Unfortunately, the reset did not work, since the license is still running on my old laptop. And when trying to use the activation code on the new laptop, the following error message appears: "Ungültiger Produkt-Code. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Produkt-Codezum Produkt bzw. der Produktversion passt."

I am using SDL Trados 2021 Freelance Plus.
