I was unable to deactivate a Studio 19 Professional licence using the "deactivate" button in the program.
I asked for help and was given an offline deactivation ticket. I was able to deactivate the licence using this ticket but then it was not possible for me to return the certificate, which is necessary. As a result, the deactivated licence became not available for reactivation of the program.
