How do I activate my license again?

I have been using Trados ever since I bought my license in 2018. Now I am unable to enter the tool and I get the message "Periodo di prova scaduto (37)" = Trial period expired. Is it because I changed my Internet connection today? I have reset the license (now I have: Users1 In Use0 Available1), waited 30 minutes, but still get the same error. How do I activate my license again?
