I deactivated my licence a few days ago and it is deactivated offline. it is now available for activation. I tried to reactive it online I failed. I tried to reactivate offline. I failed.
How can I do that?
Why is it that SDL does not help directly and pass the buck to the community? It is so frustrating.
Can anyone help? I need to get it going so that I can take on a new project.

If you have any error message send me a screenshot. You also have a support case open so I suggest to reply there if you have an error message when trying to activate offline and a RWS engineer will assist through a remote session.

Hi I tried as instructed but again I failed.how do I get the installation code. when I put the licence code in the activation code field some code was displayed right below and certificate code was to be put in but the final cerficate code was the same as the activatation code and the error message pops up saying it failed
