I discussed the issue with somebody from RWS in their online chat, but the person could not help me. They think it is an installation issue. I have installed the program from the link RWS sent to my email address.
After opening the app, I cannot click on anything besides the Product Activation window. If I close this window, the whole program shuts down. No activation key was sent to me.
