기존의 노트북을 분실해서 새로운 노트북에서 설치하려고 인터넷으로 리셋을 한 후에 오프라인 액티베이션을 시도했습니다. certificate을 복사 붙여넣기 하는 과정에서 뭔가 잘못 되었는지 한번 실수하고 다시 복사 붙여넣기를 했는데 인증이 안됩니다. 그 후로 트라도스를 실행하면 계속 "라이선스 형식을 찾을 수 없습니다"라는 메시지만 뜨면서 아예 어떤 기능도 나오지 않습니다. 도와주세요.
