We need to scrap an old computer which currently runs SDL Trados Studio 2017 with activated 2017 license, and then move to a new computer which needs to get Trados 2019 software and license installed. What are the steps?

We need to scrap an old computer which up till now has been fully operational with the SDL Trados Studio 2017 version installed, including license activation etc. 
 Then, as we have available to us (as part of a previous PSMA) a SDL Trados Studio 2019 licensee upgrade, we now plan to install 2019 version software and license on a new computer. 
 How do we do we go about this most easily? We are getting an error code even when we start by trying to deactivate the 2017 license, and downloading the 2019 version from your site gave us a trial version! 
 So, some help will be very much appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you
