Impossible to renew my license!

I have Studio 22 SR2 and my yearly license expired 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, as I got an urgent translation request, so I wanted to purchase a new one. Inside Trados (version Studio 2022 SR2) I got an error message that my RWS ID isn't linked to a cloud account, so I tried the website, but I failed to find the necessary info there. There is no more chat function as at the end of 2022 when I purchased the 1-year license. So I made a ticket yesterday and, having gotten no reply, tried a different way I discovered later.

I do see an option for $324 but that must be a different thing, as it is not possible this is instead of the $110 or so it was a year ago. Or have they really tripled the price?
