Studio has forgotten my license and won't let me reactivate

I bought a license for Studio 2022 Freelance last year. I activated it at the time and all was working fine.

When I opened Studio today after a few months of not using it, it popped up with the activation window, and when I enter the code shown on my RWS Account page, I get the following error:

"Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

If I try the Subscription tab instead, it knows who I am, but I get this error when I click on "OK":

"The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product."

This is what it shows on my RWS Account (without giving away personal details):

Why can't I activate the software? I have an urgent deadline.
