Problems deactivating Studio 2022 license and activating it in another computer

Hello, 
 I'm having problems trying to deactivate my Studio 2022 licence on my laptop in order to use it on a new desktop computer. When trying to deactivate the licence, the message "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license" appears. Then, when I try to acticate it in the new one, this message appears: "Could not activate this licence. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code. Could you please help me?
