I changed my laptop recently and deactivated my subscription on my previous laptop. However, now when I try to activate my subscription on my new laptop it tells me that my subscription is being used. I do not have access to my old laptop anymore, so could you kindly help me deactivate my old licence and activate it again on my new laptop?
