Hi Sorin,
When we try to connect to the License Server Manager by clicking on the saved IP address, we are told that the license cannot be found.
The license serial numbers have not changed, right? As we use the same Network license assigned to us for the previous Trados 2021 version

You cannot use Studio 2022 with a 2021 license. If you want to use Studio 2022 you also need to upgrade the license following these steps:
1. Deactivate the 2021 license from License Manager.
2. Process the license upgrade: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
3. Activate the newly generated license in License Manager.
*Note: Make sure you have the latest version of License manager installed: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe
