Hello, I have a question regarding activation - our 1 license had extra activation, we used it in 2 laptops - now one of the laptops was formatted and I forgot to deactivate license from that laptop - now I can't activate it again. I am afraid to deactivate it from my account because I think that it will also affect the same license in my other laptop - can you please help me regarding this?

Deactivating the license from your account will not affect the activation from the other laptop. If the Reset license option from you account doesn`t work let me know and I`ll log a support ticket for you.
