Unable to activate/deactivate or reset my license since over a month

Hi, my pc crashed in December, after reinstalling sdl, I'm unable to  activate/deactivate or reset my license, I used the 30 days trial, hoping I would figure it out before the end of the trial, I didn't, so I actually have to refuse work by now as my client works exclusively with your software, please help me out,
