we have 1 Trados Pro 2022 licence - and in the licence center it is available. But it should be used by one of our users. the user itself has Trados 2022 Pro installed and its activated
The key in the center and her system is the same. Our user wanted to use the support portal (for what she is activated) but couldn´t login.
Could this be possible because her licence in the center is not activated?
