We need to scrap another old computer which up till now has been fully operational with SDL Trados Studio 2017 version installed, including license activation etc.
As we have available to us (as part of a previous PSMA) a SDL Trados Studio 2019 licensee upgrade, we now plan to install the 2019 version software and license on a new computer but we receive an error code even when we try to deactivate the 2017 license. So, some help will therefore be very much appreciated to successfully deactivate the license. We look forward to hearing from you, thank you
