Hello Amanda Mazzinghi 

Try the following steps: 

1.  Remove the folder Studio16  from the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio

2.  Remove the folder SDLTradosStudio2021 (or other SR versions) from the following location: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL

3. Go to Control Panel\Programs and Feature and try again to uninstall Trados Studio 2021.  

4. Run the Studio 2021 installer as administrator.

5. If you receive any error message try to install it manually: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013220
