Hi,
I had written earlier this morning because SDL Trados 2021 no longer launched after a system crash.
Thanks to your recommendations, I managed to uninstall and reinstall it or so I thought.
A Chainer error message displayed once.
I re
peated the uninstall procedure and install it manually but I get once more the Chain error in the screenshot.
Is there something else I can try?

Hi,
The 'Chainer' is part of the installer so it should not be running unless you are re-installing.
having said that the error indicates that there is something wrong with the .net framework 4.8. You could try running the .net framework repair tool from Microsoft.
