Hello,
I purchased the Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Subscription in Oct 2023 and I was able to access it until yesterday, but when I tried logging into my Trados, it said that the subscription has expired.
However, my account notes that the expiration date is Oct 2024 and it says 'ACTIVE'.
Will someone please shed light as to what is happening?
