Cannot deactivate online, offline and reset licence is not working, Trados 2017

Hi!

My computer broke down and I wasn't able to deactivate one of my two licences before it happened (it was behaving funny for some time now, so I should have done it I guess...)

I now only work on one computer as the other licence is still installed on my "old Laptop", which has completely broken down.

I read that resetting the licence might work in this case, but I wan't able to do it (an error message occurred). Deactivating the licence offline also didn't work.

I only need to deactive/reset one of my two licences, the other one works just fine.

Please help :-)
