I PURCHASED THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION SINCE DECEMBER 30TH OF LAST YEAR AND STILL  DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM, THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT RUN IT, I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOME OF THE MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF AND I ALREADY FOLLOWED THE GUIDELINES YOU SENT ME, HOWEVER AS OF TODAY, I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM. MY INVOICE NUMBER WAS 737051, SO I KINDLY REQUEST FROM YOU THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE $305.00 USD TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, I ALSO ATTACHED TWO SCREENSHOTS, ONE IS OF THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT I GET EVERY TIME THAT I TRY TO LOG IN, AND THE OTHER ONE IS OF THE INVOICE THAT YOU SENT ME. LOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR FROM YOU, KIND REGARDS,
