I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOME OF THE MEMBERS OF THE STAFF AND COMMUNITY AND I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE GUIDELINES THAT SENT ME, HOWEVER, DESPITE I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS I STILL CANNOT INSTALL THE PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER. MY INVOICE NUMBER IS 737051, SO I KINDLY REQUEST FROM YOU THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE $305.00 USD TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HEREBY ATTACH TWO SCREENSHOTS, ONE OF THEM CORRESPONDS TO THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT I GET EVERY TIME I TRY TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND LOG IN, AND THE OTHER ONE IS THE INVOICE OF THE PURCHASE.
