My Trados Studio 2022 subscription keeps deactivated. I am not using the application on any other PCs. The message shown is "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license". I used to find a menu to deactivate "Chrome Browser" in RWS Account but I cannot find this menu. Also I do not use "Chrome Browser" for translation so I  would like to disable this option. Please help me find how to deactivate other instance (which I do not know of using). Currently, I cannot use the Trados.
