We have two Studio 2021 Freelance licences that we activate and deactivate on two PCs and two laptops.
I am trying to deactivate one of the licences on a PC, but when I click on deactivate licence, I get an error message that says I am not authorised to use this service.
How can I deactivate the licence on my PC please, so that I can activate it on my laptop?
