License REST failed

Hello RWS/SDL Support team
I can not RE-activate my Studio Sr2 2022,
scenario:
_ I uninstalled Studio 2022 SR1, and the deactivation wizard appeared, the message was; if you want to reinstall Studio on this PC, there is no need to -deactivate, so I proceeded
  • I installed Studio 2022SR2, but when it starts, the Activation wizard appears asking for code
  • I opened my Account, to reset the license, but I can not,
so
kindly fix this recurring issue
