Hiccup encounter When leaving the office attempting to open SDL Trados (Studio 2019) from home. How to resolve?

A user worked all day yesterday in the office at work from his laptop with no problems in SDL Trados (Studio 2019) using a 2019 version license which has been newly updated/generated from the hitherto used 2017 license.

However the user encountered a hiccup when leaving the office yesterday and then yesterday evening attempting to open SDL Trados (Studio 2019) again from the same laptop, only this time from his home address: the user was prompted to activate the license and the user then reentered the same 2019 license code, but unfortunately only received an error message stating, "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." As a result, the user could only open SDL Trados in the 30-day trial mode.

Interestingly, the use had absolutely no issues accessing SDL Trados 2019 when returning to the office  today, this morning.

Your guidance on resolving this somewhat strange licensing problem arising when working remotely from home would be greatly appreciated!
