Problem re-licensing Trados 2017

I'm in the process of moving my licensed Trados 2017 to a new computer. I have downloaded and installed the program to the new computer, then when opening up, it shows as a trial license.

My RWS account online, for some reason, shows my current license as not in use (it is) (it says Users: 1     In use: 0  Available: 1).  This is means I cannot obtain an offline deactivation authorization to re-license on the new computer.

When I try to activate on the new computer, without deactivating the license already in use, I get asked for a an account ID number I cannot find in my records.

Anyone know where to go from here?
