License reseting problems

Since I last updated my Trados Studio I've been facing problems such as not being able to to open return packages received from our translators (the files open only as PDF or try to locate its original program, but Trados is not an option).

I then tried to reinstall Trados in my computer but then problems started to arise and now I cannot login or out of my license.

Error message window titled 'Deactivation failed' with a red cross symbol, stating 'An error occurred while requesting a license. Click Retry to try again. Error ID: 653 Open connection settings?' with buttons 'Sim' and 'N o'.

Could you help me?
