I used to work with several versions of Passolo. I just installed a new laptop and now I have to install a license. I have never done that before! And my license for Trados 2022 is not valid for Passolo. Any suggestions?

Passolo 2022 can be downloaded by filling in this form https://www.trados.com/product/passolo/translator-edition/ Trados can be installed from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. Please deactivate from the old PC, from Trados, Help - Product activation. If you do not have access to the old PC, please let us know and we will submit a case for you.
