I had an issue with my computer and the hard drive had to be reset, resulting in the loss of all the information I had on the computer.
I did not have the possibility to deactivate the trados studio 2019 licence, which means that even though I have been able to download the programme I cannot activate my licence (as it is "in use"). How can I deactivate that license and reactivate it on the reformatted computer?
