I received your email reply, which recommends that I use offline activation. As mentioned in my initial message, I tried the offline activation method. This requires me to enter an installation ID in the Offline Activation Certificate window. Can you tell me how to get the installation ID?

Sorry, my previous answer was inaccurate, as it referred to the online activation method. I still have a problem though, as the Product Activation window that appears when I open Trados Studio only provides options for activating OR purchasing a trial license, neither of which is what I want to do.
