Problem activating Trados Studio 2019 on new PC

I bought a new PC and am currently trying to install SDL Trados Studio 2019, for which I have a license. I have deactived the software on my old PC, downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8 on the new PC (from the Downloads tab in my account), and installed it. On opening the application on the new computer, the Product Activation window for SDL Trados Studio 2019 (Trial) appears, with 2 options: Activate, and Purchase License. However, I already have a license for this product, so why would I want to start or purchase a trial version?

When I click on the "Get an online Activation Certificate!" link on the Licenses & Subscriptions tab of my account, I am prompted to enter an Installation ID, but I don't know how to get this. Could you advise how to solve this problem?
