Cannot deactivate license online or offline

Hello everyone.

I want to move my license to another computer and I cannot deactivate it neither online or offline.

I have the Trados Studio 2022 SR2 17.2.8.18668 version.

The problem is the following:

When I try the online deactivation, I get this message:

Error dialog box titled 'Deactivation failed' with a red cross icon, stating 'Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210143' and asking 'Open connection settings?' with 'Yes' and 'No' buttons.

When I click on "Yes", the following window pops-up, but when I restart the programme, the license is still active.

Information dialog box with an 'i' icon indicating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an 'OK' button.

When I try the offline deactivation, when pasting the Deactivation Authorization in the corresponding box in Trados, I get the following message:

Error dialog box with a red cross icon stating 'Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account.' with an 'OK' button.

I don't know what else to do. I would appreciate any advice!
