I raised this issue before (Case No. 00835678) but was unable to resolve the issue.
I bought a new PC and am currently trying to install SDL Trados Studio 2019, for which I have a license. I have deactived the software on my old PC, downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8 on the new PC (from the Downloads tab in my account), and installed it. On opening the application on the new computer, the Product Activation window for SDL Trados Studio 2019 (Trial) appears, with 2 options: Activate, and Purchase License (see screenshot). However, I already have a license for this product, so why would I want to start or purchase a trial version?
Sergiu Popescu from RWS Technical Support responded by email and advised me to activate offline, with a link to the relevant KB article. I received an offline deactivation ticket (which I didn't need because I had already deactivated Trados on my old computer). My question now is: how do I activate the product offline? The procedure described in the recommended article does not match my experience (see screenshot).
