I can't activate my license on my new computer.
I don't dare to deactivate the Studio 2021 on my old computer as I'm not sure I can re-install it.
I tried to re-install it on the new device but the app did not accept the activation code I copy-pasted from my rds account.
I use Trados Studio SR2 16.2.10.9305

You cannot activate the same license on a new device until you deactivate it from the old one. In case you have any issues with the activation on the new device I will log a support case for you to get help.

I tried to deactivate the license on my old computer. I got the message that the license was deactivated but still I can't activate it on my new device. I installed it four times but when the installation was '"successful" I had to go from very beginning. I got tired of this, please help me!
