Installation error likely to do defect in Trados Studio 2022

I have just installed the latest version of Trados Studio 2022 SR2 CU9 (have just renewed my annual subscription). When I try to open a project file from a client, the following message appears "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: cookie" and then the file automatically closes, so I am unable to work on that file.

I searched the community forum and found the following: "The reported issue was logged as a defect in Trados Studio 2022 SR2 CU9 (defect ID CRQ-36543), and this fx is scheduled to be included in the next release: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 CU10. The issue was spotted when a user is unable to work on project files when that user doesn't have access to the Termbases referenced in the project." RE: Source file didn't open in the Editor. The error message was: "Value cannot be null.Parameter name: cookie".

Is this a specific error with Trados or is it something that my client can help to resolve? E.g. ensure I have access to the Termbase or adjust the file settings at their end? Or is there a workaround I can implement that will enable me to work on file regardless?

Many thanks.
