How to move licence to another computer when deactivation of licence button not available in the paragraph of licences in order to bi able to reset my licenc Trados Studio 2021

Please note that you have the 2 activations of your Trados Studio Freelance 2021 plus available. You didn't use any activation and is why you cannot see the Reset button. Please try to activate Trados Studio 2021 with the activation code that you have on the License tab on your RWS account.

I think I have only one licence. My PC broke down and I want to reinstall Trados on the new PC
I thought I should desactivate in order to activate the licence again.
When trying to activate I have to communicate an ID Identification???
I do not know how to proceed.

Please log in to the RWS account --> License tab, you will see there you have Trados Studio Freelance 2021 Plus version, that means you have 2 activations available. You need to install Trados on the new PC and use the license code from the account to activate it. If you still have errors, please come back with a screenshot.
